Superstar Lady Gaga launched a “We Pray For Japan” bracelet to support relief in Japan after it was hit by devastating earthquake and tsunami. Lady Gaga asked her fans, whom she called “Little Monsters,” to buy the bracelet for donations of $5 or more. She wrote in her Twitter:

Other pop stars offered condolences as well. R&B singer, Alicia Keys planned to write a song and wrote on her Twitter account:

Canadian teen idol Justin Bieber called Japan one of his favorite places on Earth and encouraged his fans to help.
