KFC’s latest branches are now open onboard Japan Airlines. The airline now serves KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) on its flights from Tokyo’s Narita Airport to selected American and European destinations from December 1, 2012 through February 28, 2013.
“Air Kentucky Fried Chicken”, that’s the menu name, will be served during the second meal on flights to New York, San Diego, Chicago, Boston, Los Angeles, London, Frankfurt and Paris. It includes one drumstick, one boneless chicken breast fillet, a piece of special Air Kentucky flat bread, a cup of coleslaw and lettuce leaves, served in an exclusively made package
KFC is wildly popular in Japan, especially among young people and during Christmas period. Through this partnership with KFC, Japan Airlines hopes to bring happiness and better service to its passengers.
